What's going on??

I am 19 years old. No previous pregnancies, miscarriages, or abortions. I haven't had a period in 6 months (my periods are not ever normal). I have tried several birth controls to regulate my period none of which worked like they should. Some made it more regular, but caused terrible cramps, or depression. Others just didn't do anything. I've been off for about a year now maybe a little more. I have not had a period in 6 months. Now I have been cramping for 3 weeks, and they only get worse. Yesterday I started spotting lightly. But I am not pregnant. What could be wrong?

You might of been stressing or have eaten the wrong things . It maybe likely you changed your diet which your body doesn't like. Try to eat vitamin C and D. Also eat alot of feuit and drink orange juice.  Eat healthy and eat some protein see if that helps. Also try to cut down on any bad things for your body. Try to exercise more I have heard that it can help you quicken your period. If you haven't improved then call a doctor to get checked. If have said anything bad then I am sorry.
Good luck!

I've taken several tests, no symptoms, and haven't been with anyone since November. Had a period in November and December.
