Severe cramps

ok so I am a 15 going on 16 year old and my cramps have been so severe for my last 4 periods. They wake me up at night and if I don't take 3 Advil (doctor prescribed) every 4 hours than I am in pain for the rest of the day. does any one have any advice ? I've tried all different kinds of methods and have two heat pads and nothing is helping. thank you so much for the help!

Youre not alone. Cramping can be so awful. Keep up with the advil if that's working. And keep working with your doctor. Not sure if they're a gyn but you might consult with them. It is something that can be managed so don't give up. Excersices can actually help with cramping to. Image your uterus is just a muscle and excersices help work out that cramp. How this helps a bit.
