Too tight for sex!

I'm 17 years old and have had sex before, but when me and my boyfriend went to have sex last night I was too tight ! Can anyone recommend any exercise that can help with the problem? Thanks a bunch :)

It can be a number of things lack of foreplay, overly exerting yourself or maybe you just need lube. I don't really know but just a theory. It might be a "Primal nature" thing to try and keep in his sperm. Even if he doesn't actually release in you, your body doesn't really know. and as much as sex is for pleasure its also for making babies. I've never had sex but i have myself lol and I have that problem sometimes. I don't really think there are any exercises other than sex or masturbation to help get someone loose. Good luck though.

Might be as simple as adjusting the angle of entry. You would be amazed. Every vaginal shape or positioning is not a perfect match an inch in the right direction and the canal seems to open up like a secret passage.

Use a waterbased lubricant like KY jelly,  and let him play with you by placing one finger in,  and then more once he feel you relaxing.  Don't use any hard or plastic toys,  you will bruise yourself. Also let he play with your clitoris a bit more that you can dilate a bit as you relax.

Kiegel helps. Also a good water based lube.
