Burning Vaginia

My outer vagina has been burning for 2 months now. I have been checked for std's and HIV all which came back negative. I have been treated for a yeast infection and bv taking meds for both. No avail on either. I'm worried it's something worse. It also does burn and hurt during sex. What could it be? Please help.

The culture came back positive for bacteria. She said I had a nice little cocktail.  The doctor thought it was BV, yet none of the meds work. I went without sex for 3 weeks and still burning.

I have one partner, we do not use condoms, spray or cream.

If you've been tested and always come back negative for everything,  why did your doc put you on flagyl and amox and now tinidazole,  if all your lab tests show nothing that would warrant those meds?

Are you using condoms or spray or cream contraceptives?

It seems like first thing to do is buy 15 days worth of brand new panties,  wear loose clothing,  wash with unscented mild baby soaps,  and refrain from any kind of sexual contact to see if this all clears up.

Best wishes.

I shower only. I was thinking maybe it's my laundry detergent, tide w fabric softener in it?? I don't know what else to do. I'm frustrated and stressed out about it. I'm on the second day of tinidazole, symptoms aren't getting better. Already tried amoxicillin and Flagyl, nothing.

Hello sweetie! I'm sorry to hear that you're going through that. Do you think it could also be the soap/body wash you're using? Do you mainly take baths or showers? I would recommend going to the doc again.
