Weird fishy smell?

Ever since I was 13 I have been getting this cloudy discharge that I would have to wear a panty liner all the time. My doctor said it was because I was stressed. I am now 20 years old and still have to wear panty liners because of cloudy discharge. I always thought every woman wears panty liners all the time, but I found out they dont. Should I see another doctor?
I have also recently been smelling a weird fishy odor coming from the discharge. Could that be an infection?
And no I am not sexually active.

Yes, it could be an infection. Smelly discharge is not normal. Definitely get checked out.

Definetly sounds like an infection, you should not be smelling fishy.

Could be BV. I would go to the DR and talk to them about it.
