What can I do to regain my vaginal lubricant

Hi guys I need help i barely get moist down there its hard to turn me on what can i do to increase the moisture down there, Im 19 and i been with my boyfriend for three years, this is new to me I love sex and sometimes its really hard to get me aroused and i want to be able to get wetter for my own satisfaction. This is just starting to occur I feel pain and its unsatisfying when im not wet. Any ideas on what i can do to fix this problem? Me and my boyfriend love having sex but im starting to get insecure, and wondering if he is really satisfied like he says he is. Today was the most painful my libia is red and swollen now because i tried to put it in once it was in my vagina began to hurt because of the dryness, i thought eventually id get a little moist but it didnt work. :( Any foods i can try out for natural lubrication, Ideas??

Just buy some KY Jelly or other natural (non petroleum based) lube. There are lots of them made for sexual use. You're should never let a guy 'put it in' if you are not aroused.
