Purplish under the skin lump near vaginal opening

I found a very light purplish lump 1/4" above the vaginal opening, it's under the skin, kind of looks like a vein. It doesn't hurt but i don't think its supposed to be there.  Any clue as to what this is.  I'm freaking out a bit.
