What is this awkward feeling I have in my vagina?

I have 3 cuts on my vagina vestibule between clitoris and urethra. 2 Weeks ago it started now the burning has stopped and the itchiness. These last 2 days anytime I walk or sit down the vestibule and my urethra starts to feel tingly like an orgasm feel I stopped wearing pants to stop it. Even anything I put on it from the chemist clotrimazole, anti fungal creams, vaseline, yogurt, I dont use soap only warm water. Now my stomach has been hurting all day. Antibiotics dont work either.I stopped masturbating 2 weeks ago 3 days before this started. Now I dont even think about sex or feel the need to masturbate. I tried masturbating with this problem but I get sore after so I try not to. It feels like I have to pee and masturbate at the same time but I get sick and I try not to do it because I might spread the infection. What can I do without seeing a doctor because I am in the country a long way away from doctors or hospital. Its really annoying. I tried telling mum but all she said was I'll be ok and its not arousal but to me it seems it is because after I stopped masturbating on top of a bed post 2 weeks ago it feels like the orgasm stayed and did not know when I stopped.

Use plain yoghurt. Put it on a tampon or pad before bed and allow it to rest over night
