Whats wrong with my privates?
I’m 16 and I can’t get a tampon in at all and I’ve been trying for around a year now. I’ve tried every angle! It also looks like my hymen or urethra is in my vaginal hole so I’m scared about that! My labia minorer hangs out on one side!

It actually does not sound unusual to have a labial lip that is bigger on one side than the other. If your period can get out, your hymen is not entirely blocking your vagina, right? You might read up on what hymens look like, there is a lot of variety.
