bleeding after orgasm

here is a little history, when  was young i had polisistant ovarian syndrome (POS) and they told me to take birthcontrol to help make them smaller, well 2 years ago i stopped taking birthcontrol and i havent had a period since.a couple months ago i messed around with this one guy a couple times and every time i would bleed like i just lost my virginity, (we didnt have sex) i thought maybe he just cut me or something so i ignored it, well, i havent messed around with a guy in a long time before and after that. ive been having horrible pains on my ovary like i can tell you where it is the pain is so bad. but it stopped a couple weeks ago, and i forgot about it. well last week on monday i started bleeding and it was old blood so i just thought i was having my period but i havent had one in 2 years because i stopped taking birthcontrol. i put a tampon in and i stopped bleeding till the next day and it was just a couple of clots that went on for a week, and then everytime i um...***... i bleed like bright red blood with a couple of clots, but i never put anything in me, its just my clit, but i bleed out of my vagina. and ive been having pain but these pains are sharp and they are in it.

I would go to the doctor and find out why your period stopped after the birth control and why you had the bad pain in your ovary area.  It could have been mittelschmerz, but it could also be something like a cyst.
