Hi thank you for your answer I have been taking baths and walks and slleeping alot if I can sleep going to dr on fri to check other things out !!!
Stress can cause many physical symptoms, such as headaches, dizziness, nausea, and so on, so it could be from a stressful relationship. Although headaches and dizziness can also be caused by many other possible reasons as well, such as from your diet, caffeine use, vitamin deficiency, hormonal changes, sensory stimuli, changes in sleep patterns, changes in the environment, and so on. It can be very hard to pinpoint where the symptoms are coming from. If you feel very stressed out, make sure to take some "me time" and have a long bath, take a nice walk, or do something else to help relax and feel better.
