Hi flutterbygirl,
Just read your post. I would definitely recommend making an appoiintment
to see your family doctor. Your symptoms are concerning. Don't be embarrassed. I used to feel embarrassed by genital issues. However, the
older I get, I realize these doctors have probably dealt with patients with
similar if not identical symptoms. It's really important to make that appointment especially as you say it is so painful. You need to be seen
by your family doctor. You may need a referral to a specialist such as
a gynacologist. Make the first step. Call your doctor. You'll be okay but
make the appointment today. Evewisewoman ( Eve)
Thank you for encouraging flutterbygirl. I am in the same predicament with pain for the past seven weeks and had blood work done April4, 2013 and still waiting for the doctor to call me. The lab is acroos the street. It feels like someone is shoving a needle in my outer labia. But thank you I have a doctor's appointment on may 2, 2013 and wil go with courage
It is probably an infected gland or follicle or something. These things happen. You need to see a doctor. You can do it.
