Is it normal to bleed the day after my first sex?

So yesterday I had my "first time" which wasn't very painful, I didn't have any big bleeding tissues, I just bled afterwards. But it seems today that I am bleeding more than usual and I'm starting to worry because sometimes it hurts while using the toilet. Is it normal and what should I do? P.S We didn't use protection. :(

Hello.  Yes, it is normal to bleed after the hymen is broken.  Unplanned pregnancies and std's are life changing, so do use protection every time and respect your body.  good luck
