vaginal tear

my partner and i were having sexual intercourse last night and he 'slipped out' twice after the second time i was in alot of pain and realised i was bleeding rather heavily. it took a long time for the bleeding to stop and now its extremely painful to sit down and urinate and each time i do it starts to bleed slightly again im using just regular period pads so i dont get blood all over my underwear and im affraid to even look at it because it feels really swolen and extremely sore. am i at risk of infection and is it worth going to the doctors

A lot of tears usually aren't that bad and although they can be painful, bleed a little and make it uncomfortable to urinate, they usually clear up on their own in a few days.  It's a good thing it's not bleeding anymore, but it sounds a little worse from what you say about it being swolen and so sore.  Keep the area clean and of course don't have sex, but if you feel that it needs medical attention, please go see the doctor.  Good luck :)
