what testing should be done for a 2 year old that talks jibbery and not sentences ?
also she seems slow to learn simple things

Get her tested for hearing to rule out if she has polyps (my husbands nephew had polyps which imapired his speech). Also the other nephew who is 3.5 years just started talking at around the age 3, some kids do take longer. Good luck.

Certainly testing for her hearing.

Also,  I'd take her to an Occupational Therapist for more comprehensive testing.
