Heat radiates from groin

I am a 19 year old girl. I keep feeling constant heat radiating from the groin area. This makes me very uncomfortable when in close physical contact with others. The heat seems to intensify when wearing tight clothings and can be felt even from 10 inches away. I need to take either a cold shower or spend some time without wearing any pants to ease the heat. Is there any way to reduce this heat? A few points to take into note

- I am a virgin
- I am a regular user of pantyliners and sanitary napkins
- A mild odour can also be smelt when the heat is radiated from the groin odour
- I sometimes feel the same heat radiating from the bottom of my feet when shoeless, but I am not sure of this is related

I would really appreciate advice on ways to reduce this. Thanks!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
These symptoms can be due to parasthesia skin. It can be due to diabetes, hypothyroidism, peripheral vascular disease, vitamin B12 deficiency or malnutrition or neurological causes.

Get your blood sugar and thyroid hormones levels evaluated. You can take some vit B12 for some days and see if the symptoms improve. You also need to get certain investigations done and these include MRI spine, nerev conduction velocity and MR neurography.

You should see a neurologist and get these investigations done.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

OMG! REALLY!
These are just thoughts and not certainties for someone with similar situations.  Can you share what is going on with you in a new question stephyluvbaby and we'll try to help!
Hello, I have been suffering from the same symptoms for several years, please tell me if you have found the solution.
I have heat in the groin and perineum as well as the left upper limb, it is a heat that can be felt, excessive, constant and permanent and which does not disappear.  It varies depending on the outside temperature, when it's hot I sweat and I cool down a little but it doesn't disappear and when it's cool it increases.  I am 23 years old and I had this heat at the age of 19 until now but I discovered at the same time a left varicocele grade 2 and I always believed that it was varicocele  which heats my perineum and my 2 groin folds but the heat is not typical.  As for the varicocele, I plan to treat it soon.  I did a bunch of imaging on the pelvis and lumbosacral spine as well as biological tests but the internal doctor found nothing.  moreover what worries me the most is that my spermogram is very altered with this heat around the bursae even though I have a left varicocele my urologist told me "that we can have a normal spermogram even with just one  normal testicle but here I think it's bilateral or that there are other things". So please tell me has this happened to you before?  Can varicocele be responsible for such symptoms or are there other diagnoses to look for? Are there neurological problems that can manifest themselves in this way?  Please tell me the possible diagnoses
