Question about HIV risks during rubbing!

Hello! Two months ago I had sex with a man, and he kept rubbing his penis with my vagina without protection, but then when inserting inside we used a condom. Almost two weeks after, I started to feel ill, fatigue, 2-3 days high temperature, and since then i suffer from fatigue, loss of appetite, dizziness and sometimes headache.
I have been reading information here, and see that only penetrative sex could be a risk, my wonder is what if the penis could touch the beginning of my vagina while rubbing (I’m not expert in anatomy), and confirm that it wasn’t inserted, but my question is what if the penis head could reach the beginning of vagina while rubbing.  Is it a risk?

You did not have a risk for HIV.

When we talk about penetration, that means full and deliberate penetration, and having sexual intercourse. HIV is not that easy to contract. It generally requires the kind of vigorous rubbing that you would experience during full, unprotected intercourse.

Since that did not happen, you do not need to worry about HIV. As long as you always use condoms when having intercourse, you don't need to worry about HIV.

Thanks a lot!
Even if I have herpes, there is no risk?
NO RISK. Herpes only increases the risk IF there was a risk at all. You didn't have any risk.
Many thanks for your feedback
As I still have a sore through and dizziness, do you think it would be needed to take HIV test upon my above provided story, or it might symptoms of other viral infections (Covid, cold..etc)
My anxiety reaches the top whenever I have symptoms
You were already answered no risk. It doesn't matter HOW many times you ask the question and your anxiety forces you to seek reassurance because you refuse to accept this is only anxiety, but the answer won't change. Stop asking. We aren't changing our answer. Get help for your anxiety.
You’re right! Thanks for the advice as usual.
