I do have a big hemorrhage cyst on my ovary and the doctor want to remove my ovary and I don't want to because I never had a baby and would love to have one.......... Can I still have a baby at 43 years old with only one ovary.

You can still get pregnant with one ovary, but only if your healthy enough to.
By having the cyst removed, (even with the ovary), you are taking care of your body so that you can decide whether or not to get pregnant afterward.

I wish you all the best, and will pray for wisdom for you and the doctor working with you.

I would be more worried about having the cyst removed than getting pregnant if I were you.  There is a separate forum for women's health and pregnancy issues.
