you really need to see a doctor this is very very unhealthy.............if you feel like you cannot eat have six small meals a day......very light meals....I only say light meals because if you have been eating barely anything for a long time your stomach is not used to food....eat bananas if you feel like your stomach cannot take any food. Bananas are light on the stomach and will not make you gain weight......even though you should gain weight....but that is your descision. Eating veggies and fruit will not add weight and if it does it is healthy weight. You also need protien. If you are not a vegan or veggitarian I would suggest that you make yourself egg whites. Egg whites have a lot of protien in them but barely any calories. One large egg without the yolk has only 17 calories.
