Do you have any talents?

Most of us were good at taking drugs, but that does not count as a talent ok, lol. Just wondering if you have any special talents or can do something that most others can't? It can be anything?

Golf is my real talent, dedicated a big part of my life to it and went to college for golf, but that sounds boring, so I will have to say I can do some tricks with my tongue, lmao. Seriously tho, I would love to hear what your good at and also the one thing you really suck at. I may be the worst singer in the world, tone deaf, haha. I sound good singing in my head though.

alright well my best talent would have to be is playing my bass, just got a natural groove with it haha.

Im a TERRIBLE cook, i dont even know how to make mac n cheese lmao i think the best thing i cook would have to be a frozen pizza =P

My talent would be sewing...canning....cooking ..I do love crafts...painting...

Best talent....can pretty much talk to anybody and I can sell ice to a eskimo! Oh yeah, picking more winning football teams then Giz!

I will say I am the worst cook in the entire world. I've blown up almost every appliance in the kitchen, and burned all the food i've ever tried to cook. I am really good at dialing the numbers and ordering food from my favorite restaurants for take out though.....:)

Now what is talent?.......Is talent learned or is it God-Given??

My God Given talent would be my voice.  I am a singer, and a dammm good one at that. My voice has brought many a man to .....My knees.....lol.

My learned talent would have to be.........I am a good listener.  A good problem solver, and I absorb things that a lot of people just let pass. Like a sponge! .....I am more "smart" than "intelligent"...........

Stop rolling your eyes people.......when your asked a question like this...your going to come off a little narcissistic.......

singing, writting, piano, roller derby, cooking/baking, took ballet for 19yrs not very good at it, but i like to dance

this is a great thread, early in recovery my sponsor told me to write a grattitude and assset list every night, that way i could see the good in myself, and take notice of all the gifts i had that i could loose by using drugs
doing this little exercise has also prepared me to work in treatment, i see people at their lowest bottoms, since i started noticing things i am good at, its easier to notice the good in others
