Oh and waxed lips.  They tasted gross after 1 minute of chewing but I had so much fun wearing them before I ate them.

We had about 33 kids in our neighborhood with 6 of us being girls.  We used to have races climbing up the trees.  We would drop out of them like SWAT teams!!  Never mattered in the beginning who jumped down until we got a bit older and it always seemed the boys jumped out first and us girls followed!!  Hmmm, the tree jumping must of been the start of my lust for distasteful and tasteful activity!!

Going out parking, getting caught by the cops and they just told us to head to town!

Putting a dime in the coke machine, sliding that glass bottle across, pulling it out and using the bottle opener that was on the outside of the machine.  When you were done you put it in the wooden crates.

Going to JCPenneys and having to wait for my mom to look at all the new patterns....McCalls, Butterick etc.
