11 days!!!!!!!

Hi everyone.....just giving hope------11 days after the worst----you know the scenario------shaking, skin crawling off body & hyper sensitive to touch, nausea cramping diarrhea, sweating, cold/hot, actually thought my body might give up this life.

today is the start of the 12 day, it does end (or at least relative to what it was).

you'all can do this & to live any longer if you're like me, you HAVE to do this.  96 hours is the worst.....start ticking them off.

My sponsor loved me back to health, I was in a support group that encouraged me when I was down ( my flat days )I think one is as important as the other. Keeping things simple, No major life changes for a while, aftercare ( my choice God and NA )Someone that I shared everything with, the god, the bad and the ugly.
Not using......one day @ a time. Congrats on your clean time....Keep posting to stay connected.

im on day 17 of wicked methadown kick but i tapered down to 2 mgs and i feel ok i want to say i feel good but id be lying, ill take ok for now wish you all the best, how are managing to stay clean? im gonna try N.A
