Hi kaydee! LOL! The sweating lasts for a while, but it's good and getting all the toxins out! Sometimes I changed my clothes several times a day, and changed my sheets every day!! But I know what you mean!! Take care!!

Thanks everyone,
I had been walking everyday but the last 2 days it almost seems if i can't do anything, the pain do not seem to be easing at all, anyone else with deep nerve pain and when does the smell of your body get back to normal? I can't seem to get in the shower fast enough.

Congrats on day 22!!! What a great accomplishment and tomorrow you'll be a little stronger which is what I can't wait to feel :) Thanks for the update! It helps people like myself who are getting ready to detox realize we can do this!!

Congrads kaydee!  Keep up the great work!  22 days seem soooooo far away for me, Im only on day 12.  Im trying to ride this rollercoaster, and shut the voices down.  Im gonna win.  This is a loooooooooong winding journey, with speed bumps in the road, you never know when you will hit one, but when you do, just slow down and roll right over it!  So Im gonna fight with everything in me, I do will be at day 22!  God Bless  That is a milestone!!
