Krissy: You are SO well...at 2 weeks, I was still a freakin' mess.   On day 16, I was well enough to be able to drive.   I guess everyone's metabolism is different.

Keep up the great work, honey.   You're an inspiration!

Way to go!!  Congrats on two weeks.  You were on the pills for a long time and I am glad this is obtainable for you.  Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner.  It has been hard to be on since I got back from my trip.
I am glad you stuck around my friend.

well right now I have them at home so I only bring the amount I need to work.  Then I get home at night and I shouldn't be taking anymore but I did last night without my hubby knowing.  I feel bad.  I may be moving back to CA at the end of January for a job so I really really need to get off this stuff.  I wont be able to bring these pills with me over their, which is good.  So since I'll be giving my 2 weeks notice at work in about 3 to 4 weeks, I figure I can then be home and detox.  That is my plan.  I will be posting once I do that!  I'll need the support for sure!

Thank you luvdolphins58 and nellie1919 :) I deff don't feel normal...but then I don't remember what normal was? I was only a kid at 23 when I started the pills. I know I had way more energy. Miss that, and the sleep oh and food. Lol. But I'm sure it will get better as the days go by.

Yes sweetie, you deff want to have to quit 100% to be able to be successful. And I'd do exactly the same thing with my pills. I always took way to many. Except I never had that control to take only two....unless I only had two left. Lol. I couldn't taper it was to hard. You'll do great when you're ready to quit! :) xox

Yeah Krissy! Great job! So proud of you! And very glad you're still posting! Sleep will come as your body gets used to being without the oxy. Keep focusing on each day and give those kids of yours an extra big hug!

That is great Krissy!  I've been taking 3 to 4 hydrocodone a day, trying to take a steady amount.  Well yesterday I took 9.  Ugh Im so mad at myself.  It is so hard to have control.  Im only taking 2 today and the next few days since I did that.  Some days I really want off this stuff and other days I don't.  What scares me, is if I don't want to stop 100%, how will I ever stop???
