Snowboarding sounds fun, just not for this old lady.  My hips have become rather important to me and i really am way to busy to be in traction!!!

I taught my daughter to snowboard in early recovery. Life is good!!! Love hearing that. I was plum wore out, but it feels good to be naturally exhausted. So you feel better, what kind of aftercare have you developed? You won't stay on top of the world, and don't want to see another relapse. What are you doing different this time?

I am feeling a lot better, I still notice it up and down a little, yesturday I felt get no sweets or restless legs, my energy was good , just sneezing left with a pluged nose, today though a little sweating , anxious , and less energy, fells like a step back but I noticed the step backs and not as bad , and as a hole I'm starting to feel the relieve to finally being down with wd's  everyday, it's staring to sink in that the nightmares are over , this time for good , ill stick to 2  rather than 3 times a charm! I seem so strong as far as mentally I'm ready to sit on top the world , like I used to! a then boom down the mountain on my snowboard !!! Life's good these days something I haven't said since I relapsed !!!
