Cond turky is very hadr. To taper Cut about 10% of the narcs every 4-5 days. Draw up a written plan in advabnce. NEVER go up, even for one dat. It will put you right back to the beginning.

Have a freind yoiu trust hold and dle the pills out. They should alsways be on his person or hidden somewhere out of your house. He should be warned that you may use every manipulative trick to get more out of him. He must stand firm if he is to help you.

Look up the Thomas recipie for OTC meds and supplements. Exercise as much as you can, Use the zanax during taper, and keep them for last. Taper them very slow.Abrupt quitting of them can be fatal.

Vest wishes

I agree with kanman.  You need to take baby steps.  Quit one thing at  a time.  If you say pot isn't an issue start there.  Opiates are opiates, so quit those right away as well.  Maybe tapering if you feel that cold turkey is too tough, but taper with just one of the opiates, don't mix.  I don't know much about benzos overall (although I've taken them), but it sounds like that would be your last step because it will take longer.  You don't have many Suboxone, but ya know what?  If you quit the opiates cold turkey, it will help with a couple days of withdrawls.  If you choose that route though, just only use the 20mg you have and don't get more.  Plus, I don't think it's a good idea to mix Suboxone with any other benzos as Suboxone has a little bit of benzo in it.  Of course it's never a good idea to mix any kinds of these pills we all take.  Take all the info you're getting in this post and try something that'll work.  Good luck.

Can you stop taking the oxi's and just take blues? If you can ween yourself off of the some of the others to say valium and blues..Id quess you could do it on your own...BUT IF NOT ....Id would guess you will need some professional help either in patient or out patient. By the way you mention your family ..its good to see you may have some support ....As you mentioned they are probably aware all is not right with you. If you can ween down try it on your own ..if not ..talk to your family and get the help you need.

You can and you will do this if you want it bad enough.

We all feel the same way, miserable, not worth it, we've been deceiving the whole world. Well I'm gonna sound harsh but those are all excuses we make up to use some more.
So, Get YOURSELF together, and make the decision for YOURSELF because YOU wanna get better and get YOUR life back in YOUR hands.
For the wd's go to the health pages and check the thomas recipe. loads of info there.
Go exercise, I know it sounds crazy right now but it helps A LOT. Take as many hot showers as you can. The sweating is good, all the bad stuff comes out. Eat bananas. and most of all, keep posting.
If you feel like venting, pm me anytime.

Thanks it all sounds a lot easier than I'm feeling it really is.  I feel like I've let a lot of people down and it's not like I've got to the point where I steal or do anything but I know it's killing my family to see someone other than their son when he wakes up.  It's crazy to me that if I don't have anything I can't stop thinking about it.  My legs and back hurt and I never sleep with sweats all night.  I hate it.  I know it needs to stop now but just not sure if I'm strong enough to get through it.

I wouldn't know about the roxies, the blues, the oxys, the percs or the subs, but I know for sure that if you wanna quit the Xanax, you HAVE to tapper. the best way to do it is to switch to valium coz it has a much longer half life and stays longer in your system.
I would also go see a doctor and talk openly about it.
About the pot, don't forget that it's a mood enhancer. I'm a smoker myself, but the wd's and pot...not a good mix.
You can do this, but IMHO, you'll need some professional help. hang in there, there's a lot of much more qualified persons than me here. I'm sure you gonna have a lot of help. sophie.

Good Morning, the best thing that I can tell you is get into some type of Detox/treatment center.  It will be rough but you can do it.

I am addicted to Oxy's and Roxies and was poppinq way more that I should have .  Today I am 13 days clean, I still feel a little crummy but everyday is getting a little easier.  Believe me it is hard, but worth it.

There are a lot of people here that will help you.  They are helping me.

Good Luck:  Prissy62

I take roxies or blues 5 to 10 a day.  I also take xanax 20 a day.  I smoke pot but I wouldn't really say that's an issue. I also occationslly take the 40 oxy.  But I also do the 10percs or 7.5's if there's nothing around.  I've got about 20mg's of subooxone but don't want um cause I did some before and I couldnt' help but take pk's and I know that's stupid and won't work but couldn't help it
