Day three again.....

Hi everyone.

Day three again and my resolve has been shattered since I took more pills a few days ago.   I was so sure I Had it this time.  Anyway. Three days back. Cravings are very high and head is spinning.  Fatigue, depressed, and my feet are aching.

Went to the gym this morning for some endorphins .....and a meeting... Should go to another one tonight.

Just tired of being tired.

Hate how depressed I get.

Going to take a walk this evening, hopefully some restful sleep tonight.  

In graduate school and have a ton of work to do and I can't even put a sentence together when I try and write a paper.

Think I'm starting to ramble.  Happy I made it another three days.

How much longer do you have in graduate school? Maybe it would be better to quit drugs when you are finished with school. Quitting is too stressful while you're trying to get through school. Just a thought.

You just have to keep pushing Goblin.  It's not easy but it's certainly doable and oh so worth it.

The meetings are crucial in my opinion.  Even if you never say a word and just sit in the back.  They're something that you're doing that's an active part of your plan to stay clean.
