great job on your taper. keep up the good work.
I have come far already IMHO.... I was on kadian 20 mg 2 X day and 2-3 norco 10/325 every 4 hrs and Soma 350 X 4 day....I now have completely stopped the Kadian and the Soma and am taking 1.5 (sometimes 2 if I really hurt bad) Norco every 6 hours....when I get comfortable at 1 norco every 6 hours I plan to jump and hopefully the symptoms won't be too horrific.....thanks for the support and I will talk to you guys more as I continue......thank all of you so much......peace....

Good! The whole secret to tapering is to go very slowly, decreasing by small amounts. I tapered, as well, and it worked fine for me.
vicki....yes that does help and that was my general thought as well...ty for the response.....I will continue my approach until I am down to 1 every 6 hours then plan to jump......thanks again for ur input.....peace.....I will continue to "endeavor to persevere".......

I think I can answer this: Decrease in small amounts over a long period of time and stick to a regular dosing schedule.IE: Don't take 3 at one time and 3 more when you feel like it if you're taking 6 a day. Spread it out throughout the day.
Does this help? I can't say any more.
