Oxy CT Day 8 Post Weekend Update, doing great Sunday weird, what can I expect now?

Hello everyone.
Today is day 8 Cold Turkey off of 4 years of Oxy and I really want to thank everyone out here who has helped out.
This site is great and no way could I be doing this without the support of some of you.
Doing great but Sunday was weird, please read on and let me know if that is normal.
CT is rough but the only way to go for me personally, days 1 and 2 stunk, 3 ok, 4 rough again Friday had cravings knowing a busy weekend was coming and I wanted to be superdad and husband instead of run down feeling but I did not give in the to my surprise Friday night something amazing happened, I had a NATURAL boost of energy that I haven't felt in years, just when I thought the slugguishness was set in forever :>) I worked out, ran, went to the movies with the family, ou to eat, just had a great night and was on turbo boost naturally and like the fog lifted.

Same with Saturday all day long, great energy, no naps, very active great day.

Sunday however was a bit of a surprise, woke up feeling very tired again, just like the day 1 and 2 tired sleepy feeling.
Weird, yawning all day, I took 3 naps yesterday????????? I don't know if I just wore myself out OR if this is still some WD symtoms rearing their head again. I did make myself get out but didn't workout or run, the batteries went empty out of the blue.
Is that a normal part of this?
Friday and Saturday were great, Sunday back to the lack of energy, no other symptoms just dead tired.

Feel good today so I assume it will be more good than bad from here on out.

It is a great sense of personal accomplishment to look back at the number of days accumulation OX free and something to continue to continue to build on.
There is no going back for me I just want input and support from those who have been off long term now that I am entering a new phase of this.

My mind is open, educate me please, what can I expect over the next few days weeks?

Thanks again!

Am on day two and am doing it cold turkey, the biggiest problem I have is my stomach it feels like someone just keeps stabbing me, but I have been taking pepto bismol, it helps a little , I also tried to eat, because the first 38 hours i did not eat anything i just couldn't, my first day i was going crazy, I was very sad and crying i just wanted to leave the earth but, my wife and 2 sons are by my side and they help just knowing they're supporting me , Day 2 was the same as day 1, stomach pain and just laying around, i was almost to the point were i was going to take some perc's, but i just stayed strong, its almost day 3 and I am starting to feel a little better, eating helps, just stay strong people you'll get over it, its very hard but u can do it, I was taking 6-10 perc's a day and when I didn't have them i would take 15' roxys.

I have been doing just part of the Thomas Recipie.
B-6 and L-Tyrosine, it helps A LOT but is not the magic cure to the fatigue.
I felt tired yesterday day 7 and fine today, so far my magic has been to go excercise even when it is the absolute last thing I want to do, that gets something going, I'm not a doc but it would be so easy to hit the Lazy Boy after work but once I get started on the treadmill or with the weights something natural kicks in and wow!

I think it is helping to purge the poison from my system and making my brain receptors etc work like they are supposed to, speeding up the rewiring for lack of a more intelligent answer.

That's just me though, getting out in the sun has been huge too.
No energy but getting out of the house and into the sun, the sun must trigger something too because my body reacts the same way.

I am also detoxing off a 4- 80mg oxy a day habit for 3 yrs.... I am now on day 5 totally clean, I did take meth pills for a week that I unfortunately bought off the street, but after tapering off those for a week I am now 5 days TOTALLY clean.

The problem is.... I STILL feel like ****.... I'm really fatigued and have not eaten much in days.

I can only wonder how long until I feel kinda normal again.

It's been since June 30 since I snorted an oxy.... Hard to believe

Thanks,
I'm very educated on my body, nutrition and fitness but this is a new animal and "dopamine dump" a new term but makes total sense and exactly what it felt like, a huge rush of feel good and abundant endless energy, felt great to have it naturally, much better than the oxy pick me ups.
Sporadic is a good term too, I think people fall off of the wagon because with the ox I would bite one in half and  get it when I wanted/needed it, the natural healing approach will require patience.

Yes that's very normal.  You probably had what they call a "dopamine dump" which causes a great day. Your body starts producing it's own dopamine and it can be sporadic. It's a good sign though. You will start having more good days then bad. Keep up the great work.
