opiate withdrawals - 48 hours off 'em

okay...so, i'm not sure what is going on.  i can only believe it is my hp.  i took my last pain pill saturday at 4 pm.  it has officially been 48 hours.  i've had not restless legs, not creepy crawlys, no throwing up, not yawing and watery eyes.  wtf is going on?  i w/d from opiates about 30 times.  i wanted to die when i ran out this time and out of money.  i just started praying eventhough i'm not even sure what i believe.  i'm a bit scared.  is it still coming?  i mean i've always gotten out of detox after 72 hours.  has anyone else had this experience?

oh yeah & I have gone through w/ds lots of times before too.  The only difference this time is I am praying more and not trying to do it myself.  I am glad you posted this because I do think it is possible for someone to have an easier detox, we really don't know until we start & hopefully someone who is scared to start will read your post and give it a try.

24 days.  Its been the LONGEST 24 days of my life, but it's better than trying to keep up with that damn addiction. I just couldn't do it anymore. It was getting out of control and I just couldn't afford it anymore. Plus I was almost always in w/d anyways.  Are you sleeping ok?  Just 2-3 more days and you will be through the worst of the physical part.  You are almost there!!!:)

My withdrawals have always been dependent, and I have been through it four times since December, on how long I used unbroken and how much.  This last time after using for 12 days and having been clean for the 11 prior, it was very different.  In fact I had night sweats for the first time ever.  Weird.  This stuff really twists our bodies and minds and some withdrawals can be different.  I am hoping you stay with a "easy" one.  You can do it!

I didn't have that experience, but every quit is different.  I believe anything is possible.  Do you have your normal energy level too?   Keep doing whatever you are doing & congratulations on 2 days!!!
