3rd day off methadone!! Forgot a question.

I'm prescribed temazapams. I haven't taken any in weeks. If I take this during withdrawal will this postpone my withdrawal?

Last night went well! I slept a whole seven hours. It was the weirdest thing. Today I feel pretty good besides a little sweating. I hope tonight goes as well as last!  Do you think alcohol would provoke withdrawal?

well I hope you sleep hang in there there is a tea I have found called YAGI stress relieving tea the walmarts out here cary it pick some up when your going nuts seap 2 bags for 10min add a bit of sweeter and its pritty tasty it also really does releave stress give it a try...........Gnarly

Yeah well I appreciate it because all my friends have never been addicted to anything so they don't understand. So it's like I'm alone. But I don't wanna go through this again. Ill hit this post up once a day let you know how I'm doing. It's a great thing your doing for people I see all the replys you put up. But for now Gunna try and relax. Goodnight:)

coming of this stuff can be a ruff ride your not going to feel like yourself methadone is a powerful drug even 3mg is a strong dose although counting milagarms you wouldent think so I went frof 150 to 1 and even 1mg you could feel and I felt a week of withdrawals coming off that the emotional side is extream you have little to no emoton on methadone it sorta quites the world arond you so life starts coming at you at 100miles an hr and in tec/na/color this is all normal but it will take some getting use to if you need to talk just p/m me im always around I help most of the methadonians I will be happy to help you good luck and God bless......Gnarly

My sleeping *****. Mirapex for restless legs isn't helping. I have a heating pad that helps a little bit. What is so weird to me is I was only on 3mgs? That's like nothing cause I used to be on 70-90mgs. I'm perscibed temazapams for sleeping but haven't taken any in weeks. Will it be ok if I took one befor bed? Or will it postpone my withdrawal? I'm fine when I'm moving but I can't sit still cause that's when it hits me. I feel like my hearts pumping fast but it's not. The doctor at the methadone clinic perscibed me clonidine for blood pressure but does nothing. I have a 6 days a week job. But I had today and tomorrow off because of thanksgiving. I'm lost I have all these emotions.

it wont postpone your withdrawals just use it sparingly it highly addictive my phyic dr gave it to me earlly on im bipolar and she was afraid the lack of sleep would send me into a manic episode........from what I remember it worked for a few days but then the methadone nosleep thing kicked in
and I was back to square 1 so if you use it not every night it may work for a wile then and those sleep nights every 3 nights will be precious hang in there keep posting for support good luck and God bless......Gnarly
