I've been on here before and you all helped me recover from my addiction to Percocet. I relapsed about 7 months ago and didn't have the courage to tell again cause I feel like a bad person. I got addicted to vicidion. 500/10mg, I want to quit once and for all, my doctor perscibed me naproxin and xanax, will this help? I want to feel better again.

Stay hydrated. Watch some movies, don't take anymore hydro or xanax and listen to the great advice written above me! You can do it!  I know what it's like to relapse and not want to come back but what else can we do if we want to live a clean life.  Hang in there my friend ;)

Okay. Take OTCs for the aches and discomfort. Use a heating pad and eat ice cream. You are NOT worthless so stop it!

Time is the key so don't expect to feel good for a few days because you won't. Don't fight it...just jump in and accept how you feel and know it's not forever and it won't kill you.

Occupy your thoughts! Learn to love reading. Eat more ice cream.

Today is my first day off and I have no access to them. I deleted all contacts to get them. I just want to feel myself again and stay clean. Just need advice on how to cope with the withdrawal

I took about 10 of them a day. Today is my first day off them and I feel like ****. My doc gave me the xanax for my anxiety and ive all ready been diagnosed with clinical depression and sever anxiety and I know from experience that the withdrawals really amplify both of them. The worst part of it all is the achs and the worthless feeling about life.

When are you stopping? Make sure all of the pills are gone and you have no access to them. Set yourself to win this time.

The naproxen will help your pain but why the Xanax?  

Do you have a plan for staying clean?

How much Vicodin are you taking right now?

You've done this before and you'll do it again. You just need to set your self up with a good program and a lot of support. Let us know how we can help!
