Well, are you abusing them?  If not and you really have pain and haven't had this happen before, call your doctor and let them know.  Someone stole mine once and they renewed my script early.  (Though I've never misused mine and I did file a  police report.)  If you are abusing them and/or can't get a refill, look at the Thomas Recipe and read some other posts for the things to help ease withdrawals.  It's a big dose but people have come off higher.  Main thing is to stay as hydrated as possible.  Where were they stolen from?

I never had mine stolen, but I was shorted 40 pills by the pharmacist once.
I always trusted them so i never counted when i picked up a new prescript.

Then when the pills began looking a little low for the days i was supposed to have left, i was in a panick when I realized I was short 3-plus days of pills!
I did the typical, How could i have taken that many?  Then who could have swiped some pills? thing. I eventually called the pharmacist and told him I was short 40 pills. turned out they knew someone was short 40 pills, but didn't know who, LoL!  Buggers.

But if your pills are stolen, you should call your pharmacist. here we would have to file a police report as well.
