Back again after a month long relapse

So I was on here a little over a month ago. I went four days clean. Then I relapsed for a week. Then another four days clean.....then another relapse which turned into an ultimate opiate bender. So here I am back on the forum, day 2 of sobriety. I changed my phone number to avoid my one and only dealer, I deleted all of my social networks, I'm actively seeking a therapist, and I'm even getting a dog for myself this week. Just thought I would share....I hope you have all been in good spirits.

HAHAHA!    GOOD!

I'm just fine(most of the time!)...So, are you doing the usual?  Forcing fluids like crazy?  Taking all the vits and minerals?    I always forget to mention how much a sauna helps during detox. It does!  Just sitting there and sweating out all the junk seems to speed things along.

So, you're looking for a therapist?  That's good. Have you thought about stopping in for a meeting?  I know AA isn't for everyone but it doesn't hurt at the beginning. You don't have to marry it!   It's not for me BUT I have gone to meetings, especially in the beginning, and it helped me to keep my focus. Just a suggestion...

She's gone lol I changed my number. It's like I've disappeared. Completely off the grid, something that needed to happen a long time ago. How are you Vicki?

Hi!  I think I remember you...You had one dealer with whom you, also, had a social relationship with?  (to put it one way...lol)  Any chance you'll be running in to this person?  You know you need to avoid that with everything you've got!  Being sober needs to come first in your life now; ahead of everything else.

How are you feeling on Day 2?
