Day 23, more questions

Off dilaudid and mostly off soma ( I have taken 2 when the back spasms were horrific)  Is it normal to still have confusion, and memory problems?  I am also extremely tired and weak.  It seems every day is worse than the other.  I am finally sleeping, but I am so tired and weak.    Jerri

Thanks y'all, it is really easy to give advice....but when it is happening to YOU (me) at that moment....It just seems like I am the only one that has ever had a memory loss or tiredness.  You help me so much...I guess it'll go away just like the "flu" and shaking did.....although I shook badly up until just a few days ago.  My ribs and some joints still hurt from it.  I have been excercising in the pool a few times a week....It is only about 1/4 block from me...but I still have to drive over.      I get some really strange looks  LOL Love to all   Jerri

yes...it is normal..te fatigue especially....with the narcotic anyway...not sure about the soma as i have no experience with addiction and detox from that...fatigue lasted a while for me....keep taking the supps and exercise as much as u can...for memory i started a supp callet Piracetam along with a Choline supp as they complement each other...and noticed that it helped after a few weeks with getting me "sharper" and thinking more clearly

Congrats on 23 days!!!!!  Keep holding on.  It really will get better.  The energy seems to take a long time to come back.  Memory is another one.  I am still having some problems yet but only minor.  Keep going forward.  You are really doing great.  Jump in the pool!!!!   Stay strong              sara
