please help with sub. taper

  I've been on sub now for 2 and a half months(I did go off for about a week during that time)
I've decided I want to get off now for various reasons,mainly that I don't want to rely on another
drug again. I was taking 3 per day and the last week I've taken 1.5 pills daily(8 mg. each).I have 19 pills
left,can someone recomend an exact taper that I can do with the 19 pills?I don't want to get a refill
or I'll drag it out way longer. I just want a reasonable plan and the least withdrawel possible.

I would call the Dr and ask for a taper plan based on the amount of pills you have left...If you cant do that...I would split the pills into quarters and reduce by a quarter each day until they are gone. Im not a doctor, but I am on Sub as well...hope this helps
