Blew out tissue from the nose and then it started bleeding (after doing coke)

Hi guys, my friend is really freaked out right now. She was doing coke everyday for a week, some times  more - sometimes less and last night she blew out something that looked like tissue from the nose which was half dry, and then immediately got bleeding from the area. I looked up her nose, I don't see a hole, but there's a sort of dent in the tissue where this piece came from and obviously still some blood. She says the nostril it fell out from feels scratched but also bigger when you breathe. What can we do to heal this? I heard that saline nose spray might help and Vaseline or aloe Vera.

I agree with the above advice. Talk to, and be honest with a doctor. Maybe go to an urgent care clinic. I know it probably sucks feeling like you might be judged going into one of those places, but they will be able to help. Also, I am not being judgmental, but maybe your friend should consider the fact her body/nose is trying to tell her that it doesn't like that stuff. Best of luck
