Can I do this? No one to talk to- please help!

So I finally did it- day 6 of no hydrocodone.  So very tempted to make a phone call to get some more.  No one (except from where I get them) knows about my addiction.  They gave me energy & now I have NONE!  I went yesterday & got a B12 injection, that did nothing for me.  How long will I feel this way?  So many things to do but don't want to get off the couch.  Please help!

That's why it's an anonymous program. If you have time to go to one you should. Most of us need some kind of aftercare. A lot of us found AA/NA to be that answer. Hang in there. Very hard to do alone. Don't be so hard on yourself, give yourself a break & get support close to home.

Well, I'm still clean!  Cravings are still bad & tired but have spurts of energy.

just know that meth has REALLY screwed up your natural energy.  can take years to get back to normal, if you ever do.

your best bet is to get on a health kick.  diet, exercise, healthy food, etc.
that is your best bet at getting back to normal.  
the amino acid protocol will help you as well.  
i am over 100 days and still have no energy.  i detoxed off fentanyl and percocet though so it should not be as bad for you, but the meth did a number on you.  it will take time and nurturing to get it back
