it's been almost four days since I stopped taking sub. Cold turkey.  I couldn't handle the side effects anymore and it has been 2 years.I read everything on this site first and a few others.  I had no idea it would be so bad. I've been on them for 2 years!  My Dr. never said anything about withdrawel....but here it is.  Please tell me how long it lasts and if there's anything to ease it.  I started on vics many years ago as a result of a car accident.  My Dr. cut me off after my back surgery (which DIDN'T help).  I started using H when I got sick.  After years of pain killers and a few months of H I turned to suboxone.  I'm in pain everyday and know, the withdrawels to boot.  Any help????

It probably depends on how long you were on it. Hopefully you didn't get one of those doc that keeps you on it for a long time while collecting more fees. all the best
