Help oxy and codeine

I finally did the right thing took some time off from work to deal with oxy withdraws. I am on day six I was still feeling horrible aches mostly, insomnia, lack of motivation. I took two teaspoons of liquid codeine after reading threads I hope that I didn't fudge up and go back to square one. Please lord give us all strength. I am hopping I didn't shoot myself in the foot?

I personally don't think that the codeine will set you back too much considering how weak it is compared to the oxys that you are detoxing off of. Hang in there....I'd say that you are probably through the worst of the physical withdrawals. The restless leg thing lingered for awhile for me...but my main obstacle has been the emotional issues, the lack of motivation and my non-existent energy.  You're doing great...hang in there :)
