Coumadin and alcohol use
Should a person cut down on coumadin in order to be able to consume 3+ alcoholic drinks/day - person I am thinking of consumes more than 4 alcholic drinks/day
well coumadin is a blood thinner and alcohol thins the blood. It does not sound like a good idea...you can ask the doctor in the expert forum. but im sure the bottle has an alcohol warning. also you can just look it up on the internet. but from what ive heard,doesnt sound like a good idea. I wouldnt drink any alcohol with medication that even says i can consume 3 drinks. thats just me.
