I wish I knew the answer.I am on day 19,this am felt okay but who knows what the the rest of the day will be like.Yesterday I was on the sofa all day.
Thinking about asking for a b 12 shot.I find that if I try to exercise it does help somewhat.

congrats to you...the energy thing is not too fun...it takes time to come back but it does come back...have you tried any b vitamins? i used the vit b12 subs (the kind that dissolves in your mouth) they really helped me...like sara said a bit of physical work...even a short walk helps so much...try to eat healthy and make sure you get enough sleep.....it will get better and better...hang tight...maria
Congrats on 5 days!!! I know the lack of energy is no fun but it will come back. This is all a time thing which doesnt really make ya feel better right now!! Takes awhile to get our mind and body working again. Try and get up and move around as much as you can as exercising is really good for you and will speed up the process. I used to walk around my house a few times early in my wd's so it doesnt have to be much. Hang in there, it will get better........sara
