Hi! I hope I am not jumping the gun here, but I feel like a million dollars today compared to the past 5 days! Unbelievable!!! I actually feel human!!! I don't feel depressed at all! I didn't feel very depressed before, because I conditioned myself while I was on suboxone to live in the now and be happy no matter what. If I am at work I am happy. I used to not be that way. IF YOU CAN GET THE BOOK, " 4 AGREEMENT". That helps with this ****** world we live in. Also if you can work on BEING IN THE NOW. Like THE BUDDHA. I believe in God, but I believe God gave up the Buddha to show us how to be strong! WHAT IS THE POINT OF MAKING OURSELVES WIMPS OR CRY OVER STUPID ****! TUFFIN UP AND GET ON WITH LIFE. I LOVE MY COUNSELOR FROM REHAB. HE WAS SO AWESOME. THIS PLACE WAS AWESOME. It was a duel diagnosis rehab. THEY GOT ME TO COME OUT OF MY SHELL AND "LOVE" MYSELF! **** THE WORLD! IF PEOPLE DON'T LIKE YOU, FUCKEM! IF PEOPLE WANT TO GOSSIP ABOUT YOU, "HA, HA!". GOOD FOR THEM! The 4 Agreements talks about how we were domesticated by society and our parents and how "WE ARE SUPPOSED TO BE"! I AM SO HAPPY THAT I AM ME! FINALLY! I AM 40 NOW! THE NEW 20!!! LOL!!! ANYWAY, I JUST HOPE THAT THIS HELPS SOME PEOPLE OUT THERE. THE REASON I STARTED USING IS, BECAUSE I "DID NOT" LIKE MYSELF. DO SOME SOUL SEARCHING AND IF YOU FIND THAT IS WHY YOU STARTED USING, "LEARN", "PRACTICE,PRACTICE,PRACTICE!", TO LOVE YOURSELF. **** WHO EVER DOESN'T LIKE YOU! BELIEVE IN YOU! THAT IS WHERE I WENT WRONG. I RAN AWAY FROM ME! NO MORE!

I USUALLY FEEL A LITTLE BETTER IN THE MORNING AND THEN I FEEL WORSE LATER IN THE DAY! BUT, TODAY I FEEL "HUMAN"!

I BELIEVE, IF YOU KEEP PUSHING, DON'T THINK "NEGATIVE" AND SOON AS YOU GET THE THOUGHT OF USING TO ESCAPE, GET RID OF THAT THOUGHT AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! YOUR NOT GOING TO MAKE IT IF YOU KEEP THINK, "OH I WISH I COULD STAY ON SUBOXONE FOR EVER!" THAT WAS ONE OF MINE. SOON AS I WOULD THINK THAT I WOULD THINK "IT'S NOT REAL!" AND THAT'S WHERE LOVING YOURSELF COMES IN!!! IF YOU LOVE YOURSELF TOO, YOU DON'T GET SO DEPRESSED. I AM NOT SAYING THAT I DIDN'T GET DEPRESSED AT ALL, BUT I THINK OF WHO I AM AND HOW SPECIAL I AM.
