I am laying here feeling a miserable wothless POS my fiancee is saying things to me and making it worse when she knows what my addictionpn hs become. I iv use at least 2 a day if i can get it i was going to florida to a doctor who gave me 180 30mg oxycodone so thats what i have to do to feel normal again and like many others whom i have read thoughts of suicide run my head like crazy but i know i cant do that i have kids for god sake anyways my doctor got busted for giving pills to pretty much anybody if u ever went to florida u know what im talking about i hate this life i live right now i need help bad im reaching out to anyone please!!!!!!!

You've entered the process of getting your life back. This is wonderful. I was told to try and look at this as detoxing your body and cleansing yourself of all the opiate toxins. It's an event. It will all end in a good way, a REALLY good way. You'll finally be free. You have wonderful info above. Take this one day at a time. Within that day sometimes you'll be taking it one minute at a time but always keep your eye on that prize - freedom. We've all been through this same thing, and we're here to help you. I went cold turkey too in a way i was taking 2 to 3 roxys aday and i looked horrable, dark circlrs under my eyes, the whole 9 yards, i went from that to just 30mg a day for 3 days then went through hell. yes nobody can truly understand what we go through unless they have been there, also IMO i believe coming off of oxy/roxy at high doses is way worse then coming off of tabs, 10mg, not to discredit, but its all still a hell ride.. its all the same and its a VICIOUS cycle unless we break the chains of bondage to the Devils drug.

No one can understand unless they have walked in our shoes. Just tell her your not only doing this for yourself but for your child and her as well but right now you have to come first. Have you tried taking any immodium?  That will usually help with the runs.

Does your fiance use at all?

Yea, from all over the US to Florida, i have went through 30.000 in just a few months from buying on th street and let me tell you, i do have regrets at this time, just becuase im so emotional but it will pass and i know regret does go away.. live and learn, I was you, I am you looking sreight at myself int he mirror thinking this wont end, but it does and it definitely does get better, I have temptation all around me but im on day 10, and the days are flying by now.. you can do this.. Did you tapper your dose?

I have a 3 month old son who needs attention as babies do ya know right now though i jus have no energy or nuttin but to run back n forth to the bathroom and she says tjhings to me like you deserve it u done it to yourself and thanks alot for the help with ur son i guess u jus dont care about us anymore ya know things like that and it jus makes me feel so much worse!

You dont have to be a prisoner to these pills anymore.  Try and refocus your thinking, not on chasing that high but chasing your recovery.  You are so worth the fight.  You are not a POS at all.  I am sorry you dont have the support at home right now.  Hopefully your fiance will learn about addiction.  We all understand where you are at right now and i am here to tell you it will get better~

I live in Central Florida, I know exactly what your saying.. everyday on the news is about Pill mills.. Hang in there.  Please take advice from other people as they know better then myself.
