Question! Help?

Hey everyone I was wondering I've been 10 days clean today. My arm is in pain and am wondering if I took 1 30mg oxy just to get through the day. Would I get withdrawals. The only Simpsons I have now is a few sneezes and yawning. Sleep has been okay been getting almost eight hours a night? Thanks for all the help.

1 is too many and 1000 is never enough. Don't let your head try to trick you. Let yourself heal before you medicate your medication. "I thought I needed medicine because I was sick, but I was sick because I needed medicine."-Pirates of the Caribbean

IMO it would be better if you found another way to handle the pain.... Relapse always seems to start with "just one." You are doing so great! LOOK AT YOU! You have ten days under your belt!!!! You can totally KEEP IT UP! Don't let anything trip you up! Im in CONSTANT pain! I have MANY things wrong and Ive had back surgery but I have and am finding NEW ways to cope other than my old habit of popping a pill. You can TOTALLY do this. Have you tried heat therapy?
