Very tired today..Finally been sleeping again..Symptoms I think r almost gone.A little shaky but,ok..I think I did to much yesterday..it is raining today so all my ailments r acting up...gotta go feed lunch to grandson..Luv to all..Br back later..

Hey Girl look at you go im so happy  your sleeping again 6hr is huge as for the shakeyness it can take a wile just remember methadone is very cyclic so dont get discouraged if it comes back the big thing her is your getting a taste of what is to come keep posting for support and as a example to others there is a boat load of people on methadone this month more this month then ever b/4 people need to know there is a way off this c r a p....any ways your really are doing grate all things considered ..................Gnarly................

A Big High Five to YOU!! Time will just be ticking away now.
I did not like that weak, no-energy, or tired stage at all, But I did like it when I could sleep. It took many months to get a lot of sleep, so I called it my "Catch Up Sleep".
When I finally did sleep it was SO good because that is are Body's way of healing.
