Severe Withdrawl off of Ativan

Have been taking Ativan for seven years with an extremley high does for my Chronic Lyme disease. Had to take Valium to try and get off of it. Experiencing depression, anxiety, no sleep, crazy thoughts, and sezuires. I have had a lot of stressors in my life. Including my mom being sick,my father was unfaithful and is a severe pathological liar, money issues, and family issues. The weird thing is that is hit all at the same time I'm going through withdrawal. Does anybody know how to deal with Ativan withdrawl. Will I get any easier.

Hi  well I went threw bezo withdrawal  even after doing a slow taper  it last around 8 weeks then slowly gets better  just hang in there you do eventually recover.......................Gnarly.......................
