Hi guys. Maybe it's the three days of gloomy rain, but I feel like I stepped backwards instead of the momentum of moving forward that I was feeling. I was seeing glimpses of hope, but now just feel so blah... The kind of blah when you have to get up and go to work on Mondays. I'm still exercising, even had my second yoga class today. I've feel like I hit a wall. Any advice or able to relate?
