Hey PJ !   Glad You're still here friend. ;)

Great job on those seven days and don't ever give up. We won't give up on you either. I know it has not been easy lately for you with staying clean and life in general but I know you can do this and the only thing stopping you will be giving in too soon. If you have cravings try to ride them out and do whatever you have to do to redirect your focus and resolve. For us opiate addicts there is no substitute for getting out and getting some walks or mild exercise in every day. It really really does help with the mental part of this.

Just keep up the fight friend and know that we all are pulling for you and we (well...most of us) have all been there many times. Keep up the great job buddy.
