The big 10 months!

Well I've made it to 10 months if you don't count the time in hospital and recovery at home. I'm still not taking as much as I was told to so I'm going to call myself clean. I go the 28 to get one of my kidney stones powdered. That's out patient. I went to WalMart today and walked for about 1 hour. The PT said that was the best thing for me. We sold our motorhome and got a 5th wheel. I like it better. A whole lot more room in it. I want to encourage all the new ones to keep posting and reading post it really does help. And it gets better with time. (If you use that time to help yourself). I've read so many post that have just broke my heart and watched them come through the other side to a healthy way of life. A peaceful life. I still have my bad days. Depression is one of the things I fight. But it is so much better than the pill cloud I was in. Just look at LuLu. She really inspires me to be a better me. God Bless all of you that has helped me along the way. I would never have made it without each and everyone of you.

Hey  congrats on 10mo your doing great keep pushing forward and give those meds to some one to hold for you this is necessary I one got a scipt from the doctor I took it as directed for the first 2 days that fogged my judgment and It was ''game on'' I told my doctor the truth and no mater what dont give me any we have found alternatives to helping my pain...all im saying is be careful with them
